We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience with timely order delivery. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage order processing, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and more for our customers in the United States, Europe, and other regions.
Shipping Charges
All orders qualify for free standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options. Please refer to our expedited shipping page for additional details on priority processing and faster delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times (Based on Customer Location)
United States Customers: Free shipping (typically requires 8–10 business days)
European Customers: Free shipping (typically requires 8–12 business days)
Customers in Other Regions: Free shipping (typically requires 8–12 business days)
Please note: The estimated delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. In cases of stock shortages requiring overseas replenishment, delivery may take up to 15 days.
Shipping Coverage
United States: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays) will be delivered across all U.S. states and Washington, D.C. (Note: APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not supported.)
Europe: Deliveries are made on business days throughout the region.
Other Regions: Deliveries are made on business days throughout the region.
Order Tracking
Shipping time is calculated from the order confirmation date. We typically process and dispatch orders within one business day (processing times may be extended during promotional periods). Once your order is packaged, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. (Please note: Tracking information may take several days to update.)
Delay/Lost Package Handling
We use professional logistics companies that offer real-time tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
In cases where delays or losses occur due to force majeure, we will offer the following solutions:
A. Ongoing Customer Support:
We will continuously monitor your package’s status and keep you updated with detailed progress reports.
B. Emergency Handling Measures:
If a delay is identified during transit, please contact us to opt for a priority reshipment or to arrange for an alternative shipping method based on the circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the product has not yet entered the processing stage. Once an order has been dispatched (and a shipping notification email has been sent), cancellations are no longer accepted. If you choose to refuse delivery, please contact us upon receipt to arrange for a return. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Guidelines.
