At Dobonni, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order record or invoice.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@dobonni.com. We will provide you with the nearest return address to ensure faster return processing and lower shipping costs. Each package sold includes an after-sales card. If your return request is approved, please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the after-sales card. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging (including undamaged jewelry boxes, dust bags).

Return all complimentary items, such as cleaning cloths and authenticity cards.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required (order record or invoice).

Return Process

Return Address: Before returning an item, please make sure to contact us to receive the nearest return address for faster return processing and lower shipping costs. ⚠️ Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
After-Sales Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@dobonni.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale or clearance items.

Lost gift cards or discount coupons.

Items with removed or altered tags.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the new item.
Special Terms for EU Customers
In accordance with EU regulations, EU customers are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period during which they can cancel their order or return an item without providing a reason, provided that the return conditions are met.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Secure Return Shipping

We recommend not labeling packages with sensitive words like “Jewelry” or “Diamonds” to avoid theft risks.

We suggest using DHL or FedEx with full insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured during return shipping.
