For your protection:
- Always contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping
- Unauthorized returns (without RMA) are not eligible for:
- Loss/damage compensation during transit
- Priority processing
Tag Preservation Policy
You may carefully try items while preserving:
- Original product tags securely attached
- Intact authenticity QR labels
- Returns with missing/damaged tags will be declined per industry standards
Complete Package Returns

- Include all original packaging (undamaged jewelry box, dust bags)
- Return complimentary gifts (cleaning cloth, authenticity card)
- Note: Incomplete returns will require partial refund deductions

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?

When will I receive my new exchange order?
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process your exchange. Once processed, your exchange order will ship the following business.
How long do I have to exchange my items?
Once your original order has been delivered, you have 30 days from that delivery date to send the items you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must have a postmark date within the 30-day window in.
Are return labels provided for exchange?
We only provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers.

Can I send my newly purchased item back for a refund?
Yes, you may send any new or unworn item/s back for a refund up to 30 days from your original order’s delivery date. Scroll up to get that process started! Please note: any items listed as “FINAL SALE” are non.
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.
Can I be refunded for any taxes or duty charges on my initial order?
After receiving your return package and confirming that it is correct, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price (which includes customs/taxes/courier fees) to you.
